Why should you drink wine? A whole gamut of scientific studies have indicated that daily wine consumption in moderation, of course is actually beneficial to our everyday health and well being. In fact, doctors suggest that by consuming the recommended serving amount (shown below) once a day for the rest of your life, you will not only reap the many health benefits the good ole grape and many other fruits have to offer, but you will also discover some mind-blowing information about the Earths roots.
You can also expect to conveniently dodge a potential future heart attack just by pouring yourself a glass. Furthermore, a glass of red wine a day will help keep your everyday stress levels to a minimum, which in turn will help keep you happier on a day to day basis. My advice: Choose happy and drink red wine.
